The purpose of the Jolly Dream Foundation-BRSC is to bring unity and harmony to the community by providing a safe, friendly environment where children and their families can come, interact in activities, and have a good time together.   Operating from our facility, the BRSC Community Outreach Center we provide weekly Obesity/Weight Loss and Line Dance classes and teach Better Health methods.
 
The center, also, provides monthly food distribution and is an outlet where trusted agencies and partners can make available necessary services to the members of the community.   Trusted agencies and partners include:  Charles County Dept. of Health; Charles County Dept. of Social Services; Health Partners; New Hope Church of God who provides food from the Maryland Food Bank; the Catherine Foundation; Grace Baptist Church; and more.  Services delivered include:  health services, dental services, food bank services, vital information, educational information, and entertainment at little or no cost to the community.

The center is available for rent by the members of the community for birthday parties, anniversaries, dinners, and more.

All functions will follow COVID guidelines and social distancing will be practiced when mandated.
